All staff here are friendly & informative, genuinely caring for our cats. When sadly one of our cats needed euthanizing it was done so with compassion and dignity. It was very calm and gentle. We always feel fully informed and aware of what our cats best interests are and trust that they are in the very best hands at this practice. I highly recommend. We have been with them for the past year now and they have been nothing short of amazing. We moved to them when my spaniel was having ear issues and our previous vets charged the earth and wasn’t helping. As soon as we came to McGettigan’s they got on top of it straight away, were very informative and extremely reasonably priced. We have been in today as our cat has injured his tail. As soon as we saw Emma she quickly diagnosed the issues, prescribed the medication we needed and this evening he is so much better. I can’t thank the whole team enough for everything that have done for our pets, each vet that we have seen especially Emma and Orla are always so compassionate and knowledgable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your pet. The staff were very patient with my dog, who kept wetting due to excitement and gentle when administering his jab, so much so that he didn't even feel it. Limited parking, but a good veterinary clinic. Mcgettigans have been wonderful! My 1 dog had two emergencies and they were absolutely brilliant, saw her immediately for both occasions.
