Steve, the vet who looked after Orla, was absolutely amazing. He kept me fully updated throughout, treated Orla with so much care, and most importantly made sure every decision was truly in her best interest. His professionalism, compassion and clear communication gave me complete confidence in her treatment. I can’t thank Steve and the team enough for looking after Orla so well. All of the staff that work there have been brilliant but a massive shout out to Ben. Our bulldog has had issues with her hips/legs for a while and we kept getting told it was one thing then another for months. We had a consultation with Ben and he finally pin pointed the issue and went into detail for over an hour reassuring us that things wasn't as bad as we thought and that he will have her fixed up no problem. Everything went to plan during the surgery and she's recovering well. If like us you've been referred somewhere your unsure of, then have a consultation with MVS, you won't regret it. We had a few appointments with Steve at MVS referred over from our usual vet. Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. We’d definitely go back. Shout out to the friendly staff on reception too, who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.
