Ruby Roo was spayed on Friday by Hugh and has recovered remarkably well. Sarah took the time to provide thorough, reassuring aftercare advice, and Emma is always there with calm reassurance when you leave your precious baby in their care — which means more than words can say. Ruby & Lottie genuinely love going there, which says everything. We wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! After a phone call I was offered an appointment in around an hour. Natalie was very informative gave me advice and treated Buddy. During the day I again became worried as Buddy was becoming worse. I was given an appointment and once again was treated kindly and more tests taken and advice given. Dispite Natalie, Emma and Natalie being very busy they remained very upbeat and treated patients and owner,s in a very friendly manner, which is always welcome. They are a very professional team that made me feel welcome and confident in them. I have had some very sad visits to them and have always be given huge support and understanding from members of the team. They explain treatments and investigations thoroughly, giving options and advice as required. My dogs always feel relaxed going there as the practice exudes calm and love for animals. I highly recommend.
