Our dog hurt her foot and the lovely receptionist at Little Hoppers managed to squeeze our dog in quickly even though we weren’t registered with them yet. On arrival, she helped us get signed up for the monthly per health programme which meant we got 10 percent off our consultation. Dr Sara was absolutely lovely with our dog Nina. In every other vets I have taken her to, she has been so anxious that the vet put a muzzle on her. This was the first time that she hasn’t been muzzled at the vet, even though she was in a lot of pain and distress. She immediately felt safe with Dr Sara and even went and nuzzled her hand. I was so impressed with the gentleness of Dr Sara. And she gave us an option that wasn’t the most invasive and most expensive option to try first, before going for the more invasive solution. So glad to be signed up here and feel relieved to have a such great vets on our doorstep.
