The procedure was so much nicer and less intrusive than previous experiences we have had regarding the sedation, as previously a cannula was placed in a front leg, this time the sedation was put into the scruff of his neck which I’m sure was less of an ordeal for our pet. She wrapped him carefully in his blanket and put him carefully in the carrier for the last part of his journey to the Crem. Thank you Gladstone we are very grateful for your care as always. Not sending a report to my vets - despite them asking many times and me also chasing it and delaying my pet getting treatment for more than a week as my vet actioned it despite still not having a report. Also, demanding full payment up front - then refusing to action the claim form sent by PetPlan despite many requests - so only giving 3 stars.
