Well Jack came to see Meg and diagnosed Meg's serious condition straight away (not like the local vets) and he has been able to give her several months of calm and pain-free life. Unfortunately, a few days ago she went off her legs and we suspected the end was near and Jack came out within 2 hours and confirmed our suspicions but he dealt with her in the most professional and caring manner for which we are so grateful.
