My experience was extremely distressing and lacked compassion. The procedure did not match what was stated online, as there was no injection to calm my pet, which appeared to cause him pain. He was taken away moments before euthanasia, leaving me no proper chance to say goodbye. A staff member also made an inappropriate comment regarding my mother’s absence, despite her being unwell. The process felt rushed and impersonal, with little sensitivity shown during an incredibly emotional time. I deeply regret not choosing a private service with greater care and compassion.
