He was treated like royalty. Facilities are beautifully presented and well thought out with special zones for cats where it’s a little more quiet & peek holes for doggies into the waiting area. She was a little timid at first when we arrived at the practice but soon settled and was warming to everybody who approached her. She was seen promptly, had a tour of the building and I had some very good advice from her vet Deepa.
