A huge thank you, Lando may have been small but that made no difference to the care you showed. Cleo fell poorly and they were with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever a problem. I felt so safe and comforted being able to hand Cleo over to them, knowing she was in the best possible place. Something that was incredibly scary, was dealt with incredibly well. I couldn’t be more grateful to the team and feel very lucky to have Cleo registered with Cottimore. Thank you all so very much for being incredible at what you do! Best vet in the world! No I havent tried them all but have never met one who treats every pet-parent and pet as though they are her favourite or only ones, like she does. She is amazing and works far too hard. With the backing of the lovely Emma and carefully selected nurses - and the spotless facilities - there is nothing to fault. The reception area is always full of fresh flowers and plants as countless testimonials over time from patients' grateful parents. We need clones of her so all pets and parents have the best treatment and advice given in the brightest or moost empathic ways, as appropriate - the world needs more Jackies! They were so supportive and helpful with our dog Frank as his health and mobility declined. Jackie was always pragmatic and sensitive, offering all solutions that were possible in order to help Frank and ensure his quality of life. We cannot recommend the Cottimore Vets team highly enough. Total dedication to animals and clients that is rarely seen elsewhere. The very best.
