The vets are caring and I always come away feeling reassured, special mention to Steph, Ben and Ivelin for taking such good care of the bunnies. Parking is always easy with extra space available around the back of the practice. All the staff have been amazing, in the beginning I was calling daily for advice. The reception staff were lovely, I was always able to speak to a nurse for advice and she would speak to a vet if needed and call me back. I couldn’t of asked for better support and help. My poor boy was in a terrible state and I rushed him to Clent Vets who saw him on arrival as he was in anaphylactic shock. The vet was brilliant, he spotted the wasp and knew exactly what was going on and treated my boy straight away. I can't thank him enough for the quick way that we were seen and action taken to get him back to normal. Within a couple of hours we were back home and all better. When I researched what I was prescribed for my pet I felt even more robbed. Being charged £45 for a human drug you can get over the counter for £8 after paying £64 for a ten minute consultant is disgusting plus the additional £35 for pain killers I could’ve picked up from the pet shop for a fiver. You are fully taking advantage of people who love their animals and I think you should be ashamed of yourselves.
