Over the last several months, I feel that profit has been consistently prioritized over his well-being. Transparency has been completely lacking. Information about more affordable medication options was withheld, and options were being drip fed to keep us paying. Furthermore, their customer service is unacceptable. When I called to discuss my cat's treatment plan that clearly wasn't working, I was told the vet was "too busy" to speak to me. My vet who cares for my cats health was too busy to speak to me about my cats health. It wasn't urgent, I had a week until their appointment. Prioritizing a consultation fee over a brief, necessary discussion about my pet's health is simply not acceptable. Since starting treatment, I feel my cat has been treated as a source of revenue, not an animal requiring genuine care. I have canceled membership and will be moving both my cats to a new practice immediately. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
