He’s a happy healthy house cat and luckily we have never needed a vets visit. I called Cedars on Monday as I was concerned about his bowel movements. I cannot thank and praise the staff enough for the kindness and support they gave over the phone without even having met us. They were so reassuring, and every person I have spoken to this week have just been so welcoming and lovely to speak to. The problem cleared up today on its own, but I just cannot thank them enough for the support they gave me. They were professional, and provided such calming and caring voices which soothed the anxiety. They were willing to see us straight away whether that be at the vets or a home visit. They said they even have a calm cat corner for any anxious house cats! If I ever need to take my cat to a vet, it will always be here. My friend has said amazing things about them too as she uses them for her cats. Would highly recommend!
