She is not only caring and compassionate with my pets she is understanding of my concerns as a pet owner. The new practice is beautiful, well thought out (the scales for dogs are flush to the floor so no stepping up for a fearful or elderly dog) and the practice smells clean. All the staff I have met share the same professionalism and kindness. I love this vets! I can't recommend them enough! Marta showed me around where my dog would have his op. She saw I was hesitant so we went through the procedure step by step. Their new practice is fully equipped with top of the range machines, all super clean and neat. When I picked up my dog he was happy and content which for me was a huge relief! Thank you so much Burpham Vets!
