The team had to order in the antibiotics we needed for my dog, which were in the very next day and they called me to let me know. On the phone call they checked in with how my dog was doing and you could hear the genuine concern in their voices. We are still looking after my dog, but I feel confident in bringing him back for his check up. All staff we interacted with were an absolute credit to their profession. They even stayed open late some days to ensure my puppy got the care he needed. Thanks to the hard work of the vets, nurses and reception team my little guy has beaten his odds and is finally enjoying life as a puppy.
