From our very first contact, we knew Bluebell would be in the best possible hands. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They answered all of our many questions clearly and took the time to make sure we understood every option at each stage of her care, which was so reassuring during a stressful time. Professor Gareth did a fantastic job with Bluebell, and we are truly grateful for the care and expertise he showed. Knowing she was being looked after by such a dedicated and professional team gave us great peace of mind. In our opinion, while she was at Arthurs she was in the safest possible hands. We cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend them for their amazing work, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Advised to go by our local vets after our dog encountered problems after surgery. Gareth explained the procedure very clearly & was very up front regarding costs & broke everything down for should we choose not to fix everything- which of course we wanted to! He tried to keep costs down for us too. Every member of staff was super friendly & very caring towards our dog. I only wish we had known about Arthur’s in the first place! We hope not up need any further operations but if so, we will come back to Arthur’s regardless f the 1hr20 journey- it’s worth it! I cannot thank the team enough for the care you gave Betty for the last 6 months. From the moment we walked in Sarah was always there to greet us at reception with a smile. I had met Gareth before when he did an exceptional crutiate ligament operation on my youngest boxer Toffee's two back legs. Yesterday we brought our older boxer Flo to see him. She is having mobility issues as well. He was brilliant going through the different options of examination/tests and prices. After her CT scan again he was very helpful explaining the results and again different options and prices for her treatment and keeping her pain free. He is very conscious of the cost of treatment and what people can afford. I would recommend him to anyone. The reception staff and the nurses are kind and friendly. We had the most amazing experience and cannot recommend them highly enough! Our small Italian Greyhound was treated for patella luxation, and Doctor Gareth did an absolutely outstanding job. Every staff member was kind, caring, and professional. I still can’t believe it’s been less than two weeks since our dog’s surgery and he’s already stepping on his leg! At another clinic, when the same surgery was done on the other leg, it took over 9 months before he could use it again. The difference is incredible! We are deeply grateful for Doctor Gareth’s expertise, care, and dedication. A big Thank You also to the wonderful staff members who made the whole experience so positive.
