We decided to get a second opinion. We phoned vet after vet and finally come across the ark.. We spoke to Charles and he agreed to see belle, the best decision we made. The surgery was done the week after costing us a fraction of the price, the after care has been brilliant and is still going on. Any concern we have had he has seen her within hours or the next morning. All the staff there have been friendly and helpful. When you go there it does not feel like it's all about the money but the dogs (Or animals) best interest.. He has treated many of our pets and had the ability to make an on the spot decision to go ahead with major surgery where other vets would have sent us away to an out of hours because of the time of day.
