Really easy to use the website to book an appointment, lots of available appointments too! Easy to find, park and really pleasant staff. The fact there is no charge for a consultation is a game changer and we received a follow up phone call after our cat had had teeth removed under a general anesthetic to check she was ok and everything was going well. There always seemed to be upselling, hidden charges, and fees that felt excessive. We were recommended The Animal Trust and have now been with them for six months, and we honestly cannot fault them. Their pet plan is excellent value for money, and three of our pets have undergone teeth cleaning procedures with them, all handled professionally and with great care. Every member of staff is kind, compassionate, and it’s very clear that their priority is the pets and their wellbeing—not profit. Highly recommended. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
