Vet Philippa has so much knowledge not only about the treatments they do, but about pain relief advice, and cares so much about the pets welfare. We use insurance and the administration of this and making appointments is seamless. I would highly recommend the treatments, practice and staff, So would Lacey as she happily goes on every time. They are very experienced and seek to provide solutions that help your dog deal with arthritis (in our case) and have as full and pain free life as possible. We have been taking our now ten year old Flat Coated Retriever Branston to Active Pet for a couple of years now and he is undoubtedly a healthier and happier dog as a consequence. He has acupuncture, laser and radial shock therapy at each visit and he is well chilled with the experience each time. What I particularly like is how closely they work with our own traditional vets....which provides a joined up approach to treatment.
