Most owners tick a box without knowing what the options cost or what they actually mean. It is worth ten minutes now. The gap between the cheapest and dearest choice on that form is several hundred pounds, and the difference between "individual" and "communal" is not a matter of presentation — it decides whether you get your own pet's ashes back at all.
